360° Digital Transformation
Harvel House Farm, acquired by new owners, needed a complete digital and operational transformation. Our involvement ranged from collecting company assets to launching new business ventures. This case study details our approach to guiding the transition of digital assets, setting up new systems, building a new website, and managing their social media presence and new business launches.

The main challenge was the urgent need to transfer all digital assets and set up new systems due to the ownership change. This included removing old employees from various platforms, guiding the previous owners on transferring rights, and purchasing a new domain as the previous owners did not have access to the current one.
Additionally, setting up a Christmas booking system on short notice and designing and building a new website to compete with the companies existing domain added to the complexity.
1.
Unable to access their old domain so we started again and competed against their old website. Transferred all digital assets, removed old employees, and set up new systems and accounts.
2.
Designed and developed a brand new website on Shopify, including SEO optimisation and user-friendly interface.
3.
Implemented a booking system for the holiday season to manage customer orders efficiently.
4.
Enhanced social media presence with high-quality photography, engaging graphics, and consistent content strategy.
5.
Captured high-quality photography and videography to support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
6.
Launched Harvel House Café, pizza and grill, seasonal restaurant, Ice Cream Parlour, and Sweet Shop with promotional campaigns.
The transformation of Harvel House Farm delivered a number of key outcomes. A new Shopify website was launched with a clean layout, and a user-friendly experience, helping to lay the foundation for future growth.
The Christmas pre-order booking system successfully managed seasonal demand, while the launch of Harvel House Café generated strong local engagement and a fully booked opening week – all promoted through organic campaigns with zero ad spend.
Social media platforms were fully refreshed with a new tone of voice, consistent branding, and a regular content plan, driving steady audience growth.
Custom photography and videography, updated visuals, and branded assets were also created to support product launches, helping to modernise the business’s look and feel across channels.
Since the initial digital transformation, I’ve continued to work closely with Harvel House Farm to support their brand growth and evolving customer experience. This has included the design of new menus to reflect their expanding food and drink offering, along with seasonal campaigns and content to keep their communications consistent and engaging. Looking ahead, we’re planning new photography and videography to showcase the latest menu launch, with further creative and digital projects scheduled to build on the momentum throughout the year.
A short promotional video created to showcase the new restaurant and thank guests for their support. Filmed and edited to highlight the cosy atmosphere and charm of the space ahead of its Valentine’s opening.
